SITUATION
Gatorade wanted to make a splash with their teen audience during the summer season. But engaging on Snapchat -their favorite social platform- can be challenging when the average post duration is a mere three seconds.
IDEA
Gatorade created Fuel Force, a multi-level video game designed to be played natively on Snapchat leveraging behaviors natural to the platform like taps and swipes. The game allowed teens to play as six world-class athletes, combining their individual sports and game styles to defend the planet from a giant robot invasion.
